As we establish and grow in our initiate, we wish to share the knowledge gained and the expertise available with the farming community who are willing to associate with us and adapt to the designed model of farming. The idea is to build a strong producer base and bridge the gap formed in the market by reducing the middlemen involvement and taking the final product directly to the customer. In this way both the parties will understand the levels of the produce and benefit from the economics planned for the regular supply of the products
We believe that there is a need to refocus attention on the farming systems as an ‘enterprise’ and re-strategize services through a “demand-led market-based mechanism”. An integrated approach can revitalise the smallholder farming systems which leverages market opportunities, provides comprehensive end-to-end solution and builds sustainable business-supply-chains to integrate farmers. This requires a long-term engagement with farmers and looking at them as partners in the chain rather than as recipients of benefits. An approach which aims at refining the complete production cycle by focusing on healthy methodologies for the soil and the end users. The idea will be to replace the usage of harmful chemicals by organic substances or limiting the application to minimum permissible levels.
